LAHORE: PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif said that the PTI government’s only answer for its governance failures and incompetence is to shift the blame onto others.
Expressing concern over the worst power crisis, the opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) tweeted, “The only answer the PTI government has for its governance failures & incompetence is to shift the blame on to others. The recent examples are horrific train accidents and load shedding. Do they think they can fool people with this gimmickry?”
Shehbaz Sharif said that Imran Khan could not run the country with 14000 MW of additional power and zero load shedding. He said that people were starving and schoolchildren were fainting in the heat. “This situation is deplorable and reprehensible,” he added.
He said that the government should give up politics of blame and consider the shocking scenes from all over the country. “In 2018, there was extra power in the system and zero load-shedding.”
