No witnesses, no evidence, yet the Indian High Court denied bail to Muslim comedian Munawar Farooqi.
Munawar Farooqi has been in jail for 28 days for uncommitted sins. Even before Munawar’s comedy show started in Indore on January 1, Munawar was accused of being a BJP thug and insulting Hindu deities.
Police detained him without investigation, and now the court has also denied bail.
