California: Google has officially bought the Fitbit a month after receiving approval from the European Commission. After completing this purchase, Google has reiterated that it does not want to obtain consumer health data but only wants to sell fit-bit devices.

Google said that it wants to work with Fitbit to offer new services and products that provide users with more knowledge, success, health, and happiness.

Google says users’ privacy and security are sensitive issues and will give users complete control over their data. In addition, Google has announced that it will buy the Fit Bit for 1.72 billion at the end of 2019.
